Searching and booking with LondonHotelSite.com is easy. We have
a variety of hotels to suit every budget and occasion, ranging from
Bed & Breakfast hotels to luxurious 5 star hotels.
You can check prices and availability in
the following ways:
can I search for?
To browse our hotels before searching for availability, simply
decide which hotel quality rating (e.g. 4
star) best suits you and your budget, or which district of London
you would prefer (by clicking the Hotel
Locations link). Alternatively, if you have a particular hotel
in mind, you can find it in our All Hotels
Don’t forget to check out our Specials
section. You could miss out on a great deal if you don’t!
You can then search for prices and availability within that section
by clicking on the Prices and Availability
link alongside the hotel or on the top right of the page. More information
is available on each hotel by clicking on its name or “Info”
How do I search for latest prices and availability?
When you reach the Search page, the second step is to make the search:
Searching across the whole of London
Leave the Accommodation selection set on ‘All’, then
select your preferred room type, the number of guests, your arrival
and departure dates and click on the Search button at the bottom.
Searching by London district
If you have chosen to search by district, you will the have the
option to search all hotels within that district, or to select another
district from within the Accommodation Type drop-down menu. Once
you have done this, enter your preferred room type, the number of
guests, your arrival and departure dates and click on the Search
button at the bottom.
Searching by quality rating
If you have chosen to search by a type of hotel, the category you
have chosen will be the default category searched. You can change
this by selecting a new category from the Hotel Category drop-down
menu. Then, simply select your preferred room type, the number of
guests, your arrival and departure dates, select your discount type
and click Search.
Searching for an individual hotel
If you have chosen to search an individual Hotel, you will also
have the option to search all the hotels listed on LondonHotelSite
by selecting the ‘All’ option from within the Accommodation
Type drop-down menu. Then follow the same steps as above.
How do I choose which hotel to book?
Having clicked Search, you the results will be displayed.
Every accommodation shown will be available for you to book. At
the very top of the page you will see the search criteria you have
entered. Should you wish to change any of these, click on the back
button on your browser, enter the correct details and search again.
The hotel information displayed will include the hotel name, category
and district. It will allow you to compare available hotels, the
meal plan included and the nightly price per person. More information
and photos of each hotel are available by clicking the “Info/Photos”
link to the left of the hotel name.
Having reviewed this information, choose your preferred hotel by
clicking the relevant Select button on the right hand side of the
page. This will lead you to our 100% secure Booking Page.

How do I make a booking?
Having clicked Select, the booking page will appear. This
fully secured page uses the latest encryption technologies. Again,
your search and selection criteria will be displayed at the very
top – should any of these details be incorrect click back
and re-enter your search criteria.
The next section confirms the financial details. They will include
the total cost of your stay, the deposit amount to be paid in advance
and the balance payable in advance to our accommodation discount
provider, ASA Tours Ltd. You will need a valid credit or debit card
to make a booking, and for your deposit to be processed. The balance
payment will be processed using the same credit card details a few
days after the booking is made. Please note:
We will be unable to secure your room without successful clearance
of both your deposit and the balance payable.
All that remains is for you to enter your contact details and your
billing details. It is not essential to enter the names of all guests,
though one name at least must be entered. Required fields are indicated
with an asterisk ‘*’. Please take extra care when entering
your email address as your booking confirmation will be sent to
this address. When you have entered the details, please read the
Booking Policy for your hotel. If you do not accept these booking
terms you will not be able to proceed with your booking. Once you
have agreed to these terms, click on the Book button to continue.
We will then process the deposit payment. If this is successful
you will see a confirmation page appear showing the details of your
booking including your LondonHotelSite Booking Number. Please print
this confirmation page and keep a note of your booking number.
You will also receive a Hotel Booking Receipt
of your booking and a Booking Voucher
which you will need to print. You must present this voucher on when
you arrive at your hotel as certification that full payment has
been made in advance and that you have no further charges to pay.
Please note: There are a small number of
hotels featured on LondonHotelSite which do not require full payment
in advance. You will not be issued a Hotel Booking Voucher
for these hotels as payment of the balance will be required on arrival
in reception. You will instead be sent an Accommodation
Booking Confirmation, which you will be required to present
upon arrival. These hotels can easily be identified, as your booking
confirmation will state Total Payable
If you do not receive any of the above emailed confirmations within
ten minutes of making your booking, please contact us on +44 (0)870 922 4100 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
quoting your booking number and we will send you your confirmation.
What do I do if my card is declined?
If your booking was unsuccessful it
may be that you have entered your billing details incorrectly –
please enter them again if this is the case. If they were entered
correctly at the first attempt, this may indicate a financial problem
with the card. Should this be the case, please contact your Card
Issuer for further information and assistance before trying again.
How do I make another booking?
If you need to make another booking, please use the “Book
Another” link at the bottom of the Confirmation page.
Do not use the back button on your browser at this time as you could
be billed a second time.
