Effortless style and an enviable riverside location make this a perennial favourite. |

The rooms are solid and comfortable, and the most sought after are the 38 with river views. Fax machines and CD players can be supplied in every room, but the Savoy is valued more for its slightly old-fashioned luxury than for its technological wizardry. All bathrooms are marble, with deep baths and immense showerheads guaranteed to give you a thorough drenching. |
