There were no longer coffee and tea facilities. But it's still ok value for money at a great location. But next time I might not be so loyal to the Hyde hotel when booking my hotel. The staff at the hyde hotel were friendly and helpful. The second time I stayed there for a stop over night, the room I had was slightly smaller than I expected, with a smaller shower cubicle.
