The rooms clean and the staff brilliant. Now dont get me wrong its not the savoy but I was taking my 3 year old son there and he discribed it as beautiful and kids dont lie. If your looking for faults you`ll find them. If your looking for value for money you can`t go wrong. Two minutes from the tube, a lot of pub, shops, great breakfast and the right price. Only one problem, no air condition the room, but London was not so sunny!
